BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Collections Lead in our Credit Services - Prior Debt department, your focus is supporting the Credit Services team by handling questions and customer escalations. You’ll provide expert support when troubleshooting issues, answering complex customer inquiries, and assisting Managers with daily oversight. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Related work: 4 years, Resolving difficult and escalated issues: 3 years
Education: High school diploma or GED
Technical Skills: Ability to analyze general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours a week)
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to solve practical problems with a variety of concrete variables and limited standardization
Knowledge of the ICOMS and CSG billing systems
Effective organization and time management when multitasking
