Responsible for maintaining applications, supporting and training users for system(s) and applications usage. Responsible for complex troubleshooting and resolution of critical enterprise systems. Utilizing Tier 1-3 resolution practices, works with users across the business to resolve system issues. Assists the business with identifying system enhancement opportunities and related impacts, and performs release management on these enhancements
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results
Responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of applications
Performs troubleshooting for hardware, software and system problems
Participates in projects to implement or enhance systems and applications
Assists in defining user requirements, coordinating system-wide updates and installing upgrades and patches
Maintains application security
Monitors and maintains performance metrics for system features; recommends and takes corrective/preventive actions
Performs configuration, change management and testing activities as required
Consults users on technology changes that will impact work processes
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Process driven and has eye for detail
Demonstrated understanding of application security
Demonstrated analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and remain productive in a results-driven service oriented environment
Experience supporting internal applications like Sales Force, XG, Pilot AOS.
Ability to troubleshoot IT Software and Hardware
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
