BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
You gather data from multiple sources, analyze complex business operations and provide strategies to simplify and enhance the client experience. You create new or update existing documentation for initiatives and enhancements to systems, tools, and processes. You work with several business units and present solutions, requirements, and status updates. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

Work with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational goals.
Apply critical thinking skills to assess business requirements in the context of end-to-end workflow impacts.
Compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex data to propose new strategies for current and future business changes.
Develop project improvement levels of effort by identifying phases, elements, personnel requirements, and costs.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Five or more years of business analysis or related experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data for multiple projects simultaneously; Prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
Abilities: Ability to work independently in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cable and telecom processes, systems, technologies, and industry standards.
Spectrum Enterprise knowledge and experience, preferably within product, systems, engineering, operational or front-line organizations.
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
