As the Regional Advertising Sales Director - Interconnect, you are the connector who drives revenue while building client relationships for continued sales growth. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of advertising sales on the Charter Spectrum Reach team including coaching, developing staff, implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, forecasting revenue and recruiting and retaining top sales talent. The Interconnect Ad Sales Director is an influential leader who will manage a successful team of media sales professionals. Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent education and experience
Skills: Effective communication, presentation, consultative skills, attention to detail, knowledge and understanding of the digital eco system
Abilities: Relationship building, sales lead conversion, managing deadlines and priorities, developing new businesses
Travel Abilities: Driving is required for this position. Must have a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record within company required standards, and auto insurance.
