Supply Chain Supervisors are the main point of contact for the warehouse and are responsible for maintaining our company standards and ensuring that the warehouse follows company procedures.

As a Supply Chain Supervisor, you will be implementing changes in a space that is constantly evolving. You will serve as an influential people manager in a warehouse environment, managing timecards and time off requests, coordinating daily tasks, assisting with your team’s development, and helping them maintain a safe and clean working environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent or related work experience
Experience: Warehouse experience, experience in a leadership/supervisor role
Technical Skills: MS Office, ERP system understanding
Skills: Time management, leadership, customer service, A valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift experience and/or certification
