As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will work in one of our call centers where you will engage customers via inbound calls, chat messages and email. By utilizing a consultative sales approach, you will identify their needs and present tailored solutions from our suite of products and services, including Spectrum Internet, Mobile, streaming and linear Video, and Voice, guiding them through the purchasing process, to meet your sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.

Up to one year of sales experience is required; two or more years of call center sales experience is preferred.

What our Small and Medium Business Sales Representative Enjoy Most About the Role

  • Enhancing the customer experience by promptly responding to inbound sales calls and meeting call handling metrics.
  • Developing sales proposals, maximizing revenue and maintaining accurate sales databases.
  • Collaborating with support groups to complete sales, resolve issues and determine serviceability.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • 1 year of professional work experience & sales experience
  • Proven track record as a high-performing sales professional
  • Experience in selling video (TV), data (internet), and voice (telephone) services

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of cable communications products and services
  • Ability to work variable hours, including nights, weekends and holidays

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results
  • Flexibility to work varied hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience selling Voice, Data, and Video solutions in the SMB market
  • 2+ years of call center sales experience in a B2B and/or telecommunications industry

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $22.30. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.


In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $23,400.
