When I was elected here at Spectrum I was super excited I was overjoyed.
I've had internships every year of my college experience and this one was by far the most different it wasn't like your other you know mundane internships we had actual jobs and actual tasks that makes you feel a part of the business unit actually making a difference.
What I like most about interning at Spectrum is from the moment you start you're treated like a full-time employee and they want to see you grow and reach your full potential.
I did approach it as a 10-week-long job interview in some ways not just for spectrum to get to know me but also for me to decide if Spectrum is where I want to work after I graduate school.
We get the opportunity to hear from high-level Executives who love to share their experiences with all the interns.
The culture here is very positive. There's a good work-life balance and it's very welcoming and inclusive.
The offices are really great here at Spectrum. The meeting spaces are very comfortable and they're great for collaborating.
Whether you're at the gym or at the market what I like most about the facilities at Spectrum is it feels like a home away from home.
When I was given an offer of a full-time position I did not have to think about it. I knew right away that this is going to be my new home.
One of the things that I like about working here is there's always something new to do every day never bored with anything. I'm always having a new project or a new team to work with so I really do enjoy my job.
If you're thinking about interning Spectrum be ready for hands-on experience, crafting beautiful connections with all the people around you, and for all the opportunities that come your way.
