Spectrum’s Tuition-Free Program Empowers Career Growth

Working for Spectrum is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to build a long and successful career. That’s why we’re committed to investing in our employees through on-the-job training, robust development, competitive pay, and great benefits.

Our current tuition reimbursement program is one of those investments, and it helps employees continue their education and enhance their skills. However, we understand that paying tuition upfront can be a challenge and managing traditional class schedules can be difficult while working full-time and balancing responsibilities outside of work. That’s why we’ve enhanced our existing program.

Spectrum’s new Education Benefit, powered by Guild, provides full-time employees access to debt-free degree and certificate programs through flexible online learning. Tuition, books, and fees are free.

Through our partnership with Guild, employees are connected to over 300 programs from more than 30 colleges and universities, such as eCornell, Ohio University, Purdue Global, and the University of Denver. Along with associate and bachelor’s degrees, employees have access to numerous certificates and boot camp programs with tuition, books, and fees all paid for by the company.

Employees interested in pursuing a graduate degree or program outside of the Guild catalog can utilize Spectrum’s traditional tuition reimbursement of up to $10,000 per year.

And, there’s no waiting period. New hires have access to our new tuition-free education benefit on their first day with us. Interested in investing in yourself by starting your career with Spectrum? Explore our open roles today: https://jobs.spectrum.com/
