Our Software Engineering and Development interns work alongside experienced software engineers, learning how to design, develop and support the systems that keep our network running. From code writing and outage management to automation platforms and applications our customers interact with daily, it’s no surprise that these students gain the knowledge they’ll need to kick-start their careers.

“This recognition reinforces our commitment to giving students meaningful, hands-on experience. By providing our engineering interns with the opportunity to work with our technology, they’re solving real problems alongside our experienced team. This means they’re leaving with skills that can be applied in the real world – and we’re gaining talent that’s ready to contribute in a meaningful way,” shares Elly Dickerman, Director, Talent Attraction, University and Military Relations.
