Customer Service Representatives help troubleshoot service issues and handle billing inquiries for Spectrum customers.
There are different customer service rules here at Spectrum. Whether it's answering a question about a customer's bill or assisting them with issues on their internet, phone or cable, we here at Spectrum strive to find the perfect solution for our customers.

I have to say that my favorite part is when I'm presented with a challenge and I have to use critical thinking skills to find the best way to resolve a customer's concern or come up with an out of the box solution. I also very much enjoy the satisfaction that comes from solving a problem and providing my customers with an excellent experience.
