Are you ready to lead the product lifecycle and development initiatives for Spectrum services and applications, focusing on Digital Marketplace and Seamless Entertainment customer journeys? As the Digital Marketplace Principal Product Manager II, you will guide Video services and Seamless Entertainment experiences, collaborate cross-functionally to influence partnerships, and lead efforts in personalization, content management, and promotions. You will drive seamless customer interactions across all platforms, ensuring a user experience with industry-leading ease of activation, onboarding, and service changes. You will design complex, cross-functional requirements to meet evolving customer needs and manage critical initiatives involving multiple systems and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
WHAT OUR PRINCIPAL PRODUCT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
Understands digital best practices in accessibility, usability, requirement writing, agile development, software product management, web analytics and product lifecycle management.
Brings expert knowledge of industry best practices in product development and translates appropriate steps for unique organization and market position.
Diagnoses intricately complex issues and evaluates, recommends, and executes the best resolution.
Influences Charter's product set and advocates for excellence in all areas.
Evaluates proposed features and enhancements from the perspective of the digital user experience and makes decisions in the best interest of the consumer.
Provides leadership and innovation for the development and communication of product strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results.
Partners with key stakeholders in product, marketing and customer operations to implement strategy.
Provides a data-centric perspective, using data as the driver and influencer of priority and measurements of success.
Defines product goals and builds the experiments to rapidly evaluate their success.
Mentors and guides the team to understand our current and potential customer needs through data & research.
Proactively identifies analysis to support the effort and conduct with deep analytics when appropriate while maintaining an eye toward the bigger picture
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
- Experience:
- 8+ years of product development/management experience
- Skills:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to adapt to a new environment and make an impact quickly
- Ability to manage and foster change
- Ability to influence large, cross-functional teams in order to achieve business goals and results
- Ability to listen to multiple points of view and synthesize against goals for recommendations
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independently
- Ability to drive multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
- Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
- Ability to strategize solutions based on data analysis
- Expert foundation in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Expert knowledge of digital SDLC tools such as JIRA
- Demonstrates excellent business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results

The base pay for this position generally is between $124,000.00 and $220,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
