BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Lead Data Insights Analyst on the OAI team, you’ll leverage existing data sources and create new analysis methods. Your work will extract meaningful information from data and provide the business with actionable recommendations to drive outcomes.
WHAT OUR LEAD DATA INSIGHTS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
Analyzing business/operational processes, identifying areas for improving efficiency, Customer experience by injection of Robotic Process Automation and AI agents using Power Platforms.
Monitoring and measuring efficiency gains and then scaling it across the organization.
Providing metrics definition, data visualizations, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) requirements
Interpreting data, formulating hypotheses, and developing an analytical approach to meet business requirements
Using data visualization and presentations to communicate results and make recommendations

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience:
7+ years’ experience working within a data platform/data analysis environment
7+ years’ experience in a customer facing products/services environment
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
Skills:
Mastery in SQL and Python
Experience in deploying solutions in the Microsoft Power apps ecosystem, utilizing tools such as Power Automate, and Co-Pilot Studio.
Experience on 2 or more of SharePoint, Dataverse, and Azure/Fabric ecosystems.
Understanding of AI tools including Prompt Engineering and RAG frameworks.
Dev OPS/orchestration experience in AWS or Azure.
Abilities:
Analyze and interpret data
Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Understand how decisions impact scalability and customer experience
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
A commitment to improving Customer experience
Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
Preferred:
Hands-on experience developing and deploying solutions in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Co-Pilot Studio).
A knack for creativity and an eye for design; UX/UI design experience is a plus, especially in creating intuitive, user-friendly applications

The base pay for this position generally is between $88,330.00 and $156,530.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
