JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Multimedia Producer/Editor is a hands-on creative professional responsible for shaping the visual and storytelling direction of multimedia content. This role emphasizes technical expertise and innovation to produce engaging videos that elevate Spectrum’s brand across internal and external platforms. The Lead Multimedia Producer/Editor works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provides creative and technical guidance to ensure all multimedia projects meet the highest standards of quality and impact.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the visual and storytelling approach for multimedia projects, ensuring engaging, high-quality content that meets business objectives.
Script, film, and edit video content for customer stories, internal communications, training, live events and social media.
Conduct interviews, direct shoots, and manage both in-studio and on-location productions.
Collaborate with internal clients to provide creative and technical guidance.
Utilize advanced production skills, including studio operation, camera operation, lighting, and audio capture, to deliver professional-grade videos.
Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure a seamless workflow throughout production.
Research and incorporate emerging trends and technologies to enhance multimedia storytelling.
Optimize video content for various platforms to maximize engagement.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations and integrate feedback.
Perform other duties as requested.

The base pay for this position generally is between $75,200.00 and $120,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
