Be part of the connection:
You are an expert in design and development of automation solutions using Pega platform. You consult with project owners to resolve issues regarding operations, implementations and system status. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
How you can make a difference:
- Design, develop and implement Pega applications to meet business requirements.
- Manage the deployment of Pega applications in various environments.
- Provide strategic consultation to develop architecture and implement key business applications.
- Perform unit and integration testing while providing recommendations to teams and leadership.
- Triage defects and project deliverables on analyses to diagnose and fix the operational difficulty.
- Coach and mentor developers by advising on writing code and technical documentation.
What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Six or more years of experience with SQL based relational databases; Eight or more years of experience designing and configuring systems and applications working in development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, MIS or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills: Expert in OOP and prototypal inheritance; Experience with Spring framework; Advanced knowledge of language-based programming, SQL, PL/SQL, writing shell scripts, web services development, Tomcat server, unit testing frameworks, continuous integration tools, Maven and Git version control systems; Experience with network design, network architecture, protocols, network topology, TCP/IP, OSI model, network devices and network appliances; Hands-on experience with design software, application service platforms, development languages, test automation tools and development frameworks
- Skills: English communication skills.
- Abilities: Lateral thinker.
Preferred qualifications:
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification.
- Experience with implementing DevOps (Test and CI/CD) in Pega environment.
- Experience in design and development of Pega based workflow applications.
- Knowledge of Pega Constellation Themes framework.
- Strong understanding of Pega application frameworks, best practices and methodologies.
- Proficiency in integration technologies and database applications including REST, Kafka, microservices, SQL databases.
- Knowledge of industry standards for security and compliance with Pega applications.

The base pay for this position generally is between $100,600.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
