BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Senior Technical Program Manager in the Emerging Technology department, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the most complex and unique, multi discipline technical program(s) consisting of multiple projects. You will be immersed in integrating projects and adjusting their scope, timing, and budgets based on the needs of the business. Technical projects may include network, server or software implementation. Your role will be a subject matter expert and advisor within the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience:
10+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
10+ years of IT or Engineering work experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
Technical skills:
Expert level knowledge in full life-cycle product development (i.e. product engineering, deployment and integration).
Expert ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic multi discipline projects that impact the organization as a whole.
Expert ability in implementing technical program and project plans and monitor progress, resource usage and quality.
Expert level understanding and ability to manage complex technical program and project budgets.
Expert level knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified.
Skills:
Aptitude and understanding of the technical aspects and capabilities of the organization.
Abilities:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance.
Ability to effectively analyze and interpret data.
Ability to document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations.
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel.
Ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus.
Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.

This position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days)
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
Expertise in Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and managing projects within an Agile framework

The base pay for this position generally is between $124,000.00 and $220,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
