Our Business Integration team validates customers and supports interactions of all new Spectrum products to ensure a positive customer experience. Through user acceptance and operational readiness testing, this team plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for.


BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As an Associate Business Analyst you will analyze business operations and recommend solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals. You will use your understanding of the organization’s structure, policies, and operations to improve business processes and the overall customer experience.

This role will deep dive into the ordering process, analyzing why customers are calling for help with their services (ie install, troubleshooting equipment, appointment, communications, bill), identify gaps, and using this knowledge to write requirements for operational improvements. You will partner closely with cross functional teams to streamline and improve the Customer and Agent experience while strengthening Spectrum's operational performance and improve key operating metrics.

WHAT OUR ASSOCIATE BUSINESS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

  • Data analysis which includes compiling, interpreting, and presenting data related to current and future operations to identify and improve customer and/or agent pain points as it relates to people, process, or technology
  • Develop Powerpoint presentations to showcase performance and improvements planned to improve operating metrics and strategy
  • Build on understanding of external market dynamics to assess market trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Recommending use of new technology or existing technology alternatives to solve problems or make improvements
  • Investigating customer journeys and uncovering patterns that drive calls, escalations, or order fallout.
  • Applying knowledge and analytics to identify and solve the root cause of customer, frontline agent, and operational pain- points.
  • Getting early exposure to data analysis, process design, and business requirement development.

In this role you’ll work individually and within a team in a dynamic office environment. You’ll excel if you can collaborate cross-functionally, adapt to change, and handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. You’ll develop skills that are transferable to other areas of Spectrum for a meaningful, long-term career.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Business analysis or related experience: 0-2 years
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Technical skills: Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Abilities: Quickly identify business problems & opportunities; prioritize & organize effectively; analyze & interpret data; communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
  • Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
