As a Data Analyst, you’ll manage specific data and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business.


WHAT OUR DATA ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

  • Conducting data analysis in support of analytic solutions
  • Capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
  • Integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
  • Developing reports and deliverables for management and communicating with all levels of stakeholders
  • Identifying and defining data quality improvements
  • Creating and maintaining report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources
  • Ensuring compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis

On a typical day you’ll be responsible for creating and producing forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, and dashboards to provide insights in determining operational impact, trends, and opportunities. If you prioritize and organize effectively and enjoy analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data, this could be the role for you. You’ll continually expand your knowledge and develop skills while growing your career with Spectrum.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Data analysis and reporting or related experience: 2 years or more
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Technical skills: Demonstrated knowledge of SQL; knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Abilities: Work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment; quickly identify business problems & opportunities; manage multiple projects simultaneously; effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
