Director, Data Analytics

Responsibilities:

  • You drive long-term data analytics and reporting strategies, including the development of data forecasts, standard reports, ad-hoc requests and dashboards
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts while generating insights that create strong ROIs, equity and assets
  • Plan and lead the execution of the analytics lifecycle across multiple departments
  • Guide the analytics function to correct discrepancies and select, configure and implement data analytics solutions
  • Identify areas of opportunity based on trends in the data and use these insights to inform new products and operational improvements
  • Capture, develop and document data definitions, business rules and data quality requirements
  • Increase data accuracy and relevance by identifying and defining data quality improvements

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

5+ years of management experience

7+ years of data analysis and reporting experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, a related field or equivalent experience

Skills:

  • Expert in SQL
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Leadership, prioritization, organizational, business planning, forecasting, issue resolution, relationship building and presentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

Master’s degree in a related field
