TITLE: Manager, Performance Analytics
LOCATION: Stamford, CT


JOB SUMMARY: Perform reporting and analysis of customer and product growth for the Residential, Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Mobile segments, including performance measurement by product and sales channel. Perform performance measurement for major campaigns and initiatives; perform key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, including penetration rates, churn/survival rates, product mix and sell-in, and average revenue per customer; and monitor customer and product growth. Leverage MicroStrategy-based BI environments and automation techniques as well as Alteryx desktop/server environments and best-in-class data mining and data visualization tools to surveil performance across geographies and segments within Charter’s diverse operating footprint to make complex reporting readable and understandable for senior leadership. Collaborate with internal partners to leverage source data as well as analytical and technical skills to inform high-level business decisions and utilize source data to create metrics and attributes to understand product performance. Build backend procedures and front-end reporting tools and create and improve standard reporting packages. Utilize Power BI tools including Power Pivot, Power Query, and SSIS and visualization tools including Tableau/Visual insights to display performance dashboards to demonstrate yields, net gain, net growth rations, and Year-over-Year performance on corporate initiatives. Write structured procedures to mine large datasets using structured query language (SQL) and create sequential iterative query injections within the database. Create visualization views of aggregated data and develop various data cuts based on business requirements to fulfill business data model and reporting needs. Utilize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) for campaigns by quantifying sales yields, connect and disconnect rates, types of packages sold, and average revenue per customer. Create complex cohort-based ad hoc reports and merge separate vendor data from multiple resource systems. Measure and track performance of large, multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing geographical hierarchies, marketing campaigns, and tools to generate multiple views by various lines of business and their performance. Prepare custom reports and presentations to communicate results to the leadership team. Utilize analytic approaches and techniques, including regression, time series, and clustering techniques, to analyze data and create projections for intra-month activity. Automate manual reports using automation tools including Power Automate and ETL tasks through server-based Alteryx environment. Work within the marketing, sales, business intelligence, or strategic planning function of a large organization to measure business performance; utilize Alteryx data transformation tool to perform ETL processes for data; utilize Microstrategy business intelligence reporting tool to create dossiers utilizing metrics and attributes; utilize Tableau to design automated processes for regular reporting to enhance turnaround time and reduce manual input; and utilize Power BI and SQL to write structured procedures to mine large datasets.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems or a related field; 2 years of experience working within the marketing, sales, business intelligence, or strategic planning function of a large organization to measure business performance; 2 years of experience utilizing Alteryx data transformation tool to perform ETL processes for data; 2 years of experience utilizing Microstrategy business intelligence reporting tool to create dossiers utilizing metrics and attributes; 2 years of experience utilizing Tableau to design automated processes for regular reporting to enhance turnaround time and reduce manual input; and 2 years of experience utilizing Power BI and SQL to write structured procedures to mine large datasets.
