JOB SUMMARY
The Business Marketing Manager will work in cross-functional environments to turn strategy into impact through the development and execution of strategic customer acquisition marketing plans and target strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Manage a cross-functional team to develop audience-driven acquisition plans from inception through implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key marketing initiatives and opportunities for growth.
Translate strategy into a clear, cross-functional GTM marketing plans.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish timelines and ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
Coordinate with marketing channels and partners to ensure launch readiness.
Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and work with teams to adjust strategies as needed.
Monitor marketing budgets and timelines to ensure that campaign tactics are executed on time and on budget.
Develop, maintain and communicate marketing programs for all targets, products, offers and geographic areas including regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the status and results of marketing efforts.
Employ strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to set and meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverables.

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience
Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
Ability to work independently and make recommendations and decisions autonomously
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to make decisions and resolve problems while working under pressure
Ability to manage and foster change
Ability to conduct formal presentations to all levels of management on issues or findings in assigned areas or subjects
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations based on analysis and expertise Honesty, integrity and ethics
Strong presentation skills and ability to distill complex data into simple and meaningful communications
Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to think strategically
Highly developed capacity for teamwork and a strong focus on the customer
Penchant to work with a sense of urgency
Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in other desktop applications
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business, or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience MBA / Masters preferred
