BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Billing Solutions Manager on the Billing Strategy & Design team, you will manage a team of billing solution analysts as well as billing release / project managers. The team is responsible for the design and configuration of the billing solution supporting the Spectrum mobile product, partnering with teams across the organization. During the software development life cycle, you’ll actively participate in business grooming, technical grooming, solution definition, defect reviews, and solution gap analysis.

  • Working closely with the operations teams to address identified solution gaps

On a given day you’ll work on a diverse scope of solution requests, working with team members in diverse time zones. You’ll thrive in this role if you can quickly pivot across multiple initiatives, and professionally communicate with all levels of business stakeholders, IT development teams, billing teams, testing teams, and customer facing teams.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Billing Solution Design: 5+ years
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Skills: Critical Thinking, Executive Communication, and Adaptability
  • Abilities: Supervise and motivate others; develop strong working relationships with peers and project members; Provide options and solutions when confronted with challenges; Situationally modify style between directive and participative approaches; Able to operate with minimal oversight
  • Travel Ability: Travel required
  • Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Management or leadership experience
  • Exposure to best-in-class practices at Fortune 500 sized organization
