The Business Integration Manager role is a hybrid position covering cross functional responsibilities for the Business Integration organization. You’ll lead, manage, and develop a team of Analysts responsible for gathering, defining, and documenting cross functional business rules and requirements, as well as test strategy planning.
WHAT OUR BUSINESS INTEGRATION MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
- Managing and leading a team responsible for delivery of highly visible and complex programs covering multiple functional areas
- Driving gap assessments, articulating options, and presenting recommendations to management for critical decisions
- Managing and developing a team of analysts with strong analytical skills and subject matter expertise across business processes and systems
- Delivering fully vested test plans with integrity of documented Use Cases/Test Cases, traceability matrices, and recorded stakeholder review and approval
- Utilizing Tableau from various sources for incorporation into executive reports
- Collaborating with Operations and Training teams to ensure launch readiness
In this role you’ll provide leadership and direction to teams in a dynamic office environment. On a typical day you’ll lead multiple projects simultaneously, communicate the health of projects/programs to stakeholders, and track team performance, service levels, and other metrics required to ensure department goals and objectives are met.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Management, 2 years or more; management of complex programs or projects, 5 years or more; business analysis & testing, 5 years or more
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Skills: Knowledge of business process re-engineering; demonstrated knowledge of video, internet, phone, and mobile residential and business product features and systems; demonstrated knowledge of core business processes and existing system capabilities
- Abilities: Demonstrated ability to mitigate risk and implement contingency plans; effectively analyze and interpret data; document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations; influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus; successfully manage complex, enterprise-wide programs
- Working conditions: Office environment, exposure to moderate noise levels, some travel required
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree, Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
- Experience: Telecommunications industry experience preferred
