BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
You enhance the understanding of the business and motivate sales performances through the collection, analysis and reporting of sales-related data. You maximize the department through an in-depth understanding of Salesforce and other reporting tools. You work in an office environment providing consultation and interpretation of client and sales data in person and digitally.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Provide recommendations based on collecting, analyzing, evaluating and reporting sales data.
Evaluate performance measured against sales quotas, budgets and incentive goals to improve sales.
Leverage and validate Salesforce and other reporting tools to support sales performance reporting, monitoring and tracking.
Develop automated reporting packages that can be conducted on a recurring basis.
Model report results and analyze the success of incentive programs.
Support the sales organization by sharing knowledge and training for reporting platforms.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Experience maintaining reporting databases
Knowledge of relational databases and the ability to create stored procedures
Ability to perform complex analysis such as forecasting
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Expert knowledge of Excel, Access, SalesForce Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including SharePoint and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication, in order to convey complex information to broad audience
Ability to present reports in a clear, concise, and organized manner
Excellent group presentation skills
Ability to listen effectively and obtain necessary information in order to do job successfully
Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous requests of varying size and scope
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
Familiar with telecommunications products and services
Energetic and self-motivated with the ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous requests.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics a related field or equivalent experience
Sales analysis experience - 3-5
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Tableau, Alteryx or MicroStrategy
Able to develop and maintain database queries utilizing SQL, Redshift or similar tools
Education:
Master’s degree in business administration
