Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to a team responsible for data reporting and analysis
Support new products or operational improvements by identifying areas of opportunity
Generate analytical results through regular communication with management
Capture, develop and document data definitions, business rules and data quality requirements for improvements
Determine operational impacts, trends and opportunities through data interpretation
Manage data integration from multiple sources to produce forecasts, ad hoc requests and dashboards
Identify and define data quality improvements to develop new strategies and improve business performance
Conduct quality data audits and analyses to ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience:
3+ years of management experience
7+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Skills:
Expert in SQL
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Prioritization, organizational, presentation and English communication skills
