JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for generating and improving leads for new client acquisition for the commercial services segment. The Senior Manager, B to B Marketing will be responsible for strategizing, executing and optimizing programs and campaigns that improve market share. Combining market opportunity, market sizing data, buyer propensity models and client/sales/product trend data to design and execute programs and campaigns that attain market share goals.
Designing and activating targeted and effective programs and campaigns using direct response tactics, digital ads, traditional media and content marketing. Partner with research, creative, media, marketing operations, Sales Enablement and other teams to leverage brand and segment messages, content, product positioning and relevant subject matter expertise. Work with cross functional teams to deploy programs and campaigns that optimize tactic mix to maximum lead production and drive cost per lead (CPL) performance.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Lead a cross-functional team to manage one or more functions including marketing strategy and planning, marketing campaigns, lead generation, marketing operations and analytics, marketing technologies, customer life cycle management, and brand and content and test cycles from inception through implementation
Direct, maintain and communicate marketing programs for all targets, products, offers and geographic areas and manage change control.
Be accountable for marketing performance and optimization, including budget, MQLs, SQLs, ROI and cost per connect to drive profitable revenue and operating cash flow.
Partner with research to develop insights that will drive creative, direct response and media strategies.
Manage high performing teams by leading, developing, training and providing effective coaching to attract and foster talent.
Perform other duties as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to analyze, interpret data, and continually evolve creative strategy based on key learnings
Demonstrated leadership capabilities that allow one to have extensive impact and influence in a collaborative fashion
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. Microsoft word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of cable television products and services
Knowledge of marketing strategies and procedures
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Marketing strategy and planning experience – 5+ years
Progressive responsibility in marketing, demand or lead generation – 5+ years
Marketing experience partnering with sales to execute GTM – 5+ years
Direct marketing and Digital marketing experience – 5+ years
Marketing project management
Management experience – 3+ years
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of data networking, internet, voice, TV solutions and services
Experience in Mid-Market to Large Business
Preferred Education
MBA / Master’s degree
