This position is to be based in Stamford CT or Charlotte NC.

As a Senior Leadership Development Consultant, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, assessing and/or managing Leadership Development (LD) programs and processes. Programs may include training design, development, and delivery, as well as coaching and consulting, in support of overall business initiatives. WHAT OUR SENIOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS ENJOY MOST  

  • Providing project and program support for varied leadership development initiatives 
  • Supporting the implementation of Spectrum’s Leadership Development Framework  
  • Creating and managing internal front-line leadership development programs  
  • Partnering with Human Capital Analysis and Reporting team to manage, track and assess impact of Leadership Development Blueprints 
  • Coordinating and/or facilitating leadership development workshops  
  • Designing or partnering with Instructional Designers to oversee the development of training materials 
  • Managing and/or supporting varied LD, OD and/or HR projects and initiatives  

As you focus on executing and monitoring one or more Leadership Development related processes, your goal is to provide excellent service with confidentiality. You’ll deal with data and reporting so you must be resourceful, eager to learn and able to adapt to an ever-evolving work environment and industry. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM 

Required Qualifications 

  • Experience: Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or related field 5 – 7 years 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Technical skills: Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Flexibility and willingness to work in a rapidly changing HR environment. Must competently exhibit the Spectrums’ Values and support its Mission. Demonstrated expertise in leadership or development program design, development, and implementation
  • Skills: Expert project management skills. Skill in accurately compiling and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, drawing conclusions, and effectively presenting results, solutions, and recommendations to management
  • Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple, straightforward manner across all employee levels
  • Travel Ability: Office environment, 15% travel  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Consulting or large-scale project management experience
  • Master’s Degree in Organizational Development or related field
