Looking to build your career supporting high-impact business clients with complex billing needs? As an Accounts Receivable Analyst I at Spectrum, you will provide essential accounts receivable support for Enterprise and SMB customers, ensuring payments are processed accurately and customer issues are resolved promptly. Your contributions will strengthen the financial operations that drive Spectrum’s business success.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage a group of accounts that generate up to $180,000,000 annually to the Enterprise Business segment. Manages confidential company and customer business records
- Experienced with the billing platforms
- Actuate entry of payments in the CSG and ICOMS billing platform. Set up new one time and recurring payment methods as requests are received. (This includes one-time and the batch load from the bank account to the billing system.)
- Assist with customer escalations and billing issues. Any issues that cannot be solved quickly are to be assigned to next level for resolution
- Complete new vendor forms and ACH setup and sends to the customer after approval
- Work with Accounts Receivable Analyst II to improve the AR process
- Perform interdivisional transfers, following company accounts receivable process so every payment can be tracked and recorded
- Manage the receipt of daily mail and logs all checks received and forwards to the proper lockbox (bank account) for posting. Review cases that are received by email and from salesforce within required SLA
- Remain current on products, procedures, and changes in the order entry process for accounts receivable
- Collaborate with other departments to address problems and questions. Manage projects assigned and analyses for leadership
- Assist other team members on policies, processes, and tools

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 1+ years of customer relationship management experience
- 1+ years of commercial billing platform experience using ICOMS and/or CSG
- 1+ years of accounts receivable experience
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce
Skills
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with co-workers, customers, and external company personnel in person, on the phone, and in writing in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Demonstrated judgment, initiative and sense of urgency to accomplish job duties, and an attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while working calmly, quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment with multiple, sometimes shifting priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude, diplomatic approach, confidence and comfort around peers and leadership team
- Proficiency with personal computer and software applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of sales and CRM tools (Salesforce), billing systems, and other related software (e.g., CSG)

- College degree in business, accounting, or related field or equivalent work experience
