As Marketing Manager, Product Convergence at Spectrum, you'll shape marketing initiatives that highlight the synergy between Internet, WiFi and Mobile solutions. By leveraging market insights and collaborating across teams, you'll craft messaging that resonates with customers and propels Spectrum's market share forward. Your work will directly influence how customers perceive and engage with our product portfolio.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies that enhance awareness, consideration, purchase and retention for Spectrum’s Internet, WiFi and Mobile products
  • Assist in creating detailed customer profiles and defining target audiences by synthesizing buyer characteristics, market trends and competitive positioning
  • Contribute to positioning strategies that showcase the value of product convergence, helping communicate the enhanced performance and reliability when solutions are combined
  • Develop compelling product positioning and value narratives for new initiatives and launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency
  • Translate technical features and complex offers into customer-focused benefits, tailoring messaging to audience needs and marketplace context
  • Collaborate across departments to improve the customer experience by ensuring communication, positioning and materials are clear and aligned to customer needs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support broader product marketing initiatives and team goals

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Experience   

  • 5+ years of marketing experience

Skills   

  • Project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with strategic thinking capabilities
  • Highly developed teamwork skills with a strong customer focus
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • MBA or Master’s degree

Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization
  • One-on-one selling or sales engineering experience
  • Public speaking and presentation skills live or via webinar
