As the Direct Marketing Manager at Spectrum, you’ll guide national campaigns, collaborate with talented teams and shape how we reach new business customers. Your work will help power the growth and efficiency of our marketing efforts across Internet, phone, mobile and TV services, making a lasting impact on our business.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Lead a cross-functional team to manage Direct Marketing campaign and test cycles from inception through post-campaign analysis and summary reporting
  • Develop and maintain campaign calendars and version matrices for all targets, products, offers and geographic areas while managing change control
  • Collaborate with business functions to determine targets and schedules, strategize audience and offer tests and analyze campaign results across key metrics
  • Track response and conversion rates to drive direct mail and email marketing efficiency, remaining accountable for the marketing budget
  • Manage contact strategies using test results, consumer insights and input from cross-functional teams
  • Establish comprehensive records of campaign results, market insights, offer strategies and creative assets
  • Proofread final copy to ensure accurate communication and correct alignment of creative and campaign elements

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience

Experience   

  • 5+ years of direct marketing experience

Skills   

  • Technical expertise in Direct Marketing, particularly direct mail, with a track record of successful implementation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to manage Direct Marketing, Direct Mail, Database Marketing and Testing projects
  • Ability to collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels and disciplines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Capability to manage and foster change
  • Skilled in conducting formal presentations to management on relevant issues or findings
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail with strategic thinking skills
  • Teamwork-oriented with a focus on the customer
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and proficiency in other desktop applications

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • MBA or Master’s degree

Experience

  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience
