Seeking a role where your marketing expertise shapes compelling brand stories and drives customer engagement? As Senior Manager, Marketing & Creative Strategy at Spectrum, you will lead the development and execution of advertising strategies, oversee impactful campaigns and programs and guide brand perception to fuel growth and retention. Your leadership will enhance customer relationships and reinforce Spectrum’s value in every market we serve.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Develop and execute advertising strategies that support company growth and brand advancement
  • Manage marketing campaigns from inception through post-campaign analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing plans for targeted campaigns
  • Partner with field marketing to design and deliver local and national programs across multiple channels
  • Craft effective tactics for local marketing and sales initiatives in alignment with Spectrum’s overall brand
  • Deliver compelling product messaging, including emotional value propositions for new product launches
  • Consistently simplify and enhance the customer experience through strategic marketing initiatives

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications or related field

Experience   

  • 7+ years industry experience in consumer technology or related industries
  • Experience managing major advertising campaigns

Skills  

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly articulate ideas and constructive feedback
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing principles
  • Efficient resource management and task prioritization skills
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities
  • Relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues
  • Team management and motivation capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

  • Experience managing traditional and online/social media planning
  • Experience in brand management
