How You’ll Make an Impact
Collaborate with senior management to review curriculum and identify new training needs
Assess team performance and recommend solutions to address gaps and enhance results
Oversee the rollout of training and leadership development programs, ensuring successful adoption
Define objectives for all training initiatives and measure their effectiveness
Provide coaching and development to employees during and after training sessions
Coordinate resources, schedules and logistics for seamless training delivery
Manage external resources to optimize quality and cost efficiency
Stay current with learning strategies and facilitate training sessions as needed

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience
5+ years training experience
3+ years management experience
2+ years project management experience
Call Center experience

Professional interaction with the public
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Effective under pressure with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
