Full Time Greenwood Village, Colorado Date posted 09/10/2026 Anticipated Close Date: 2026-09-21 04:00 PM (UTC) Business unit: Product and Technology Areas of interest: IT Management/Project Management, Leadership Requisition Number: 2026-82131
This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Spectrum's Accessibility Center of Excellence is an award-winning team that fosters a culture of accessibility and inclusivity for customers and employees alike. The group empowers the delivery of connectivity for all. Spectrum's digital products reach millions of customers, including many who rely on assistive technology to use them. We are therefore seeking a senior-level strategic leader equipped to drive thoughtful, enterprise-level efforts that help ensure customers with disabilities are supported across Spectrum's digital experiences.

As Senior Director of Accessibility, you will lead the technical engine behind that experience. Your first priority is shifting accessibility left — partnering with design and engineering, including our design systems team, to embed accessibility standards directly into how products get built, so issues are designed out before they ever reach a test cycle. This proactive foundation has been a priority for Spectrum and the industry for years, and you'll be the one setting the standards that make it real. You'll pair that with the testing programs (automated and manual audits) that catch what slips through, and the innovation — including harnessing AI to scale testing, remediation and standards development — that keeps Spectrum ahead of an evolving regulatory and technology landscape. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role, with partnerships that start close to home and extend well beyond it. Within the accessibility team, you will partner closely with Compliance, where the meeting of regulatory obligations depends on the health of the data your audits produce — one of the team's top priorities every year.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Guide and inspire a collaborative team by harmonizing diverse perspectives to deliver innovative digital products that elevate the customer experience
  • Set and track performance targets to ensure high standards and accountability within your team
  • Develop and mentor leaders and direct reports, fostering professional growth and confidence in communication and collaboration
  • Provide strategic direction for new product development, technologies and initiatives related to accessibility
  • Review and recommend bids for contracted projects, ensuring alignment with Spectrum’s objectives
  • Direct contractors and consultants supporting technology delivery while managing capital budgets
  • Build partnerships across departments to drive consistency in the successful delivery of accessible products, services, and experiences
  • Guide an accessibility roadmap and business processes leveraging new technologies
  • Analyze performance reports and develop actionable insights to improve accessibility efforts
